How prices work
A base rate for the route, a rate per kilo, and a fuel surcharge (currently 12.5%). That's it — shown line by line before you book.
Size matters too
Large, light parcels are charged by volumetric weight (L × W × H ÷ 5000) because they take up space on the van. We'll tell you when this applies.
Customs, handled
Shipping outside the EU? We ask two simple questions and generate the customs paperwork for you. Duties are paid by the recipient.
